Olivia began her legal career as a Law Clerk at Bruning & Associates, P.C. in April 2024. After passing the bar exam, her dedication and exemplary performance earned her a promotion to Associate Attorney. In her current role, Olivia drafts and reviews pleadings, motions, and discovery documents while developing strategic legal approaches in complex cases. She has represented clients in construction, corporate, employment, estate planning, family, personal injury, and property law.
Previously, she served as a Legal Extern at the Ronald A. Peterson Trademark Clinic, guiding clients through federal trademark applications and managing complex legal processes with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Additionally, Olivia gained valuable in-house experience at Peninsula Community Health Services, where she handled legal research and policy analysis, particularly focusing on healthcare and employment law.
