Professional Background
Amanda Decker joined Bruning & Associates, P.C. in February 2023 as an Associate Attorney. Prior to her employment at the firm, she worked as a tax practitioner at Community Tax, LLC. Amanda also held a clerkship with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Domestic Violence division and remains an active member of the Chicago LGBTQ and Jewish communities. This prior experience creates her unique approach to family law and estate planning matters. Amanda also worked as a clinician with the UIC International Human Rights Clinic helping those seeking asylum in this country. This matter is still held close to Amanda’s heart, and it drives her passion in relation to immigration matters for her clients.
